Broadband tech support, you will go through to tier 1 by default.

Ok, after a call that lasted 1hr 1min and 48secs I think I've got there FINALLY! Just need to go home and check that it's all working now. Thanks to moleman and PaulSky for you help, it's greatly appreciated. Have a virtual pint on me lol.
