      Outlook & Thunderbird problems

      Hi,

      I have followed both tutorials on the site but am getting error message "could not connect to server pop.tools.sky.com;the connection was refused on Thunderbird & on Outlook i am getting error "Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection. Possible causes for this include server problems, network problems, or a long period of inactivity. Account: 'pop.tools.sky.com', Server: 'pop.tools.sky.com', Protocol: POP3, Port: 995, Secure(SSL): No, Error Number: 0x800CCC0F"

      Any ideas ?
