      I had the same issue with Windows mail. so I used Gmail servers instead:

      pop.gmail.com
      smtp.gmail.com

      Make sure your username includes the @sky.com bit and that the my server bit is ticked.

      Doesn't work for me

      Still have mail in my Sky inbox.

      Ok, hubby has outlook express, I'll grab some screenshots and get back to you

      must be something we're missing, just can't think what
