      Email help plz

      Hi

      Not long ago all my emails address master and additional one where working i.e send and receiving, but now only my master one works (send receive ) the others just receive and get following message in outlook when replying or new message

      The message could not be sent because the server rejected the sender's e-mail address. The sender's e-mail address was '********@sky.com'. Subject 'test', Account: 'pop.tools.sky.com', Server: 'smtp.tools.sky.com', Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '530 5.5.1 Authentication Required 23sm5524594ugf.24', Port: 465, Secure(SSL): Yes, Server Error: 530, Error Number: 0x800CCC78


      ****=my email don't what to get spammed any help thanks

      Have you got all accounts setup the same way? Is SSL enabled on SMTP on all accounts?

      Yes all accounts are setup the same way only started having problems abt two weeks ago I think, as other accounts are used for different things so only check now and again only found out when I tried to reply to an email, can log into sky.com and sent emails but cant send through outlook on additional accounts can with master account
