Outlook accounts
Hi all.
New member here. This has been a great site for me in setting up my broadband, many thanks for the info.
My problem is this.
Our sky account is in my wifes name, so that, even though I've set up an additional email for myself, every email people receive from myself comes up with my wifes email address.
Is there anyway to change this?
Many thanks

Re: Outlook accounts
How are you sending the emails? Is it through the webmail portal and if so are you logged in on your account?

Re: Outlook accounts
I can send mails through accessing sky, but if I try to send using outlook, the recipient gets an email with my wifes email address on it.

Re: Outlook accounts
you have to set up a completely different account in Outlook using your logins that you use in the portal...using your master account but changing the reply address won't work...

Re: Outlook accounts
Your email account is not setup properly, you need to be using the correct ports for SSL etc.
