Re: Configure Outlook Express
I use sky broadband but have a freeserve address. since the begining of Feb i have been unable to use my email account. I have changed my smtp to the recommended 'tools etc' setting but still cannot use it. when I had 'sky.com' as my smtp everything worked fine. Please let me know how I can access my account. THis is becoming VERY urgent.
Thanks

Re: Configure Outlook Express
You should still be able to access your freeserve address to read your emails as the pop settings should be your freeserve ones and will not have changed. As for an SMTP server I would suggest you apply for a skyuser SMTP account as per this post.
