Re: OE Email Problems After SKY Changes
Hi, I am new to this site and I am having the same problem as you, I have gone through all the changes, ie.POP3 then put in sky.tools etc ticked the box for authentication and still keep getting the same error message. The strange thing is when trying to receive/send emails it shows it as mail through google although I have entered all necessary boxes as SKY - did you manage to sort yours and if so can you tell me how please. I find support from Sky as useless -they just don't want to know and can;t be bothered. SO FRUSTRATING

Re: OE Email Problems After SKY Changes
I have set up an SMTP server to be used by any Sky users in distress who need to send emails with a non sky sender address and retain the non sky sender address in the emails sent.
This service is provided free, no service setup is required just a change to your email programs settings.
To get your SMTP account enter your email address here

and details of how to use the new SMTP account will be sent to you.Last edited by Bigthinka; 10-02-08 at 02:12 PM. Reason: url missing
