Is there a way to raise an issue with Sky? It is not the first time I've been kept waiting. I check it's not sat on the server, or in Spam.

Re: Two days for email to arrive from Freeserve
Well, we can't tell anything from that - if you click on the details tab it will tell you the timings of each arrival and delivery from each mail server - perhaps you could post that (minus the full email addresses of course)

Re: Two days for email to arrive from Freeserve
My mum and dad have freeserve email addresses from when they were freeserve customers, migrating to Wanadoo then onto Orange has been terrible for them.
They have whole weeks go by when they cannot access their mail, I send them stuff only to have it bounce with recipient not known only for them to email me 10 mins later and other times stuff hasn't arrived at all with no error message!
The only problem is that migration for them is not really an option as their exchange is in an rural area and so not high up on any LLU plans so it's only rebadged BT products they get and they definately don't want to go to the 2-3 other options that they can get.
I have set them up with a mailbox with my domains if it gets really bad, they have emailed and phoned Orange many times and just get fobbed off constantly.

Re: Two days for email to arrive from Freeserve
The problem there Graham is with Freeserve - their email server is not delivering it to the google server promptly. You can see from the timings that it was received by the freeserve server on the 6th and did not arrive at the google server until the 8th.
If it were the google server then you would see it arriving at the google server on the 6th, but then you not receiving it until the 8th.
Hope that helps clear it up..
