      There were a lot of server issues for some last night when trying to access sky.com (including many members of technical support who tried) and we were led to believe the issue could be resolved by clearing temp internet files for some reason. Personally we think there was a server load issue last night as it was intermittant connection for many of us or there was a server config fault.
      If it continues please call in and report it as that way it gets logged properly and it will force the sky.com web people to actually get of their bums

      Had a lot of problems today, not only with the sky website but also selected others. Also been getting the log into router authentication request coming up quite frequently and if I then put in my username and password in I would get error 400 and a strange anytime window.

      If the router is repeatedly asking for login details while you are trying to browse try using admin as the user name and sky as password. If it carries on doing it ring TS as it could be faulty firmware.
      Have you got anytime installed? If so try removing it, we had to remove our software and download and install the version off sky.com as the one we were using was buggy.
