      Verify Additional address'

      how do i verify additional address'?, because i don't know where the email goes so that i can verify.
      I've been on the helpline and they told me to configure the settings in my email Program, which i'd already done (Outlook 2007).

      Where are you setting them up? You should be creating them via MySky.com first, then log into the new user name itself on Sky.com, go to email and tools and enable POP access there.

      So you have created additional user accounts on MySky, logged into sky email and tools with the new account name and password and enabled POP access? What are you actually looking to do now? if you have done the above on the newly created account then it should be working.
