      Totally Sick to Death of Sky...........

      Hi all. Got the total sky package, email, TV, phone and have had it for some time now.

      I recently set up an additional user, well, earlier this year really, and have been using this as my primary email address to everyone I know.

      Recently it has disappeared from my additional user list when I log on with my email address that controls the account. My other additional users are there but this particular one isn't. I have it set up on Outlook Express and it has stopped working there too. My others are ok on Outlook.

      If I try and set up the account again with the same name it says username already in use.

      When I call Sky to sort it out they go through the settings I should have, and reset my password, which never works, they say to give it 24hrs to "go through". I keep calling and they keep resetting the password but this doesn't work!

      I reckon I have lost about a good months worth of emails because of this, I can't even check it through the stupid bloody 'tools' (named after the idiots behind this email fiasco) as when I go to log in it says there are problems with this page and to try later......

      I am sick of phoning them and feel like getting rid of them completely and going over to Virgin or BT or something like that, I don't know what to do about it, no one at Sky cares, I have had enough..

      You do know that there are other websites where you can log into and read your sky emails, these are just two:

      Hi Alan, thanks for the links. I log on and there are no new emails!

      There must be a load somewhere on the SKy servers from the past couple of weeks, thing is as I say, they are not bothered about this problem.

      go to http://mail.tools.sky.com and log in there

      takes you straight to ur inbox so no need to faff about with he maze that is Sky.com...

      u can then go about setting up POP for outlook, etc...
