      How long should i have to wait to access my email

      I am a new subscrier to Sky braodband. I registered on the ksy page and set up my account and can log in to the Sky page. But when i click on the email link it keeps telling me that If you have just joined Sky Broadband, your Sky Email will be available soon.

      Its been 3 weeks now since iregistered and still nothing?

      Any advice please?

      At the risk of being flamed, why wait, just get yourself a gmail account, unless your desperate to be bloggs@sky.com there is no advantage with the Sky offering, cos its the same.

      Have you actually called Sky TS about it, your account could be locked or not set up on the server correctly? Also try clearing temp files and cookies (for sky.com if nothing else) and also make sure you are logging into the email and tools page.

      have tried that too as i am also having problem...used it and it says unlocked but when i go back to sky i still cannot login to mysky or my email.

      Have had support call me yesterday (after many unsuccesfull calls from myself)
      i can occaissonally get mail via outlook but all they say is we will get back in a few days......22 to be excact.

      I have given them until tomorrow to sort it or i will be cancelling sky broadband and returning sagem router.

      Any more ideas please?
