      Change password?

      How do you change the password on your Scooglemail?
      When I go into settings and click on the link to change my password,it goes nowhere. or should I say around in circles and takes me to places I dont want to go.

      go to the login and click forgotten password. it'll ask you a security question and then ask you for a new password....

      On Sky.com just in case you wondered. If you do need to change the password be aware that it may take 48 hours for the new password to sync across the servers that hold your account and email information.

      Hi PaulSky

      I don't think all Sky's Customer Service phone staff are aware of this. On my first 45 minute call on 8 November the guy I spoke to advised me to keep changing my password until it "caught" whatever that means.
      16 days after the migration disaster I still have no access to the "subsidiary" e-mail account which I set up myself last May when I joined Sky Broadband.

      After 5 phone calls I have now regained access to the "registered" account - firstname.surname@sky.com which I have never used. I think Sky CS now regard this as "job done". Another satisfied customer. NOT!!!!

      Frankly I've given this up as a bad decision. I for one do not "Believe in Better".

      8th November was before we were made aware of the issue with the passwords not syncing, this was only a fairly recent discovery. The email migration has not gone well to say the least and a small percentage of customers are still seeing some of the issues that you are facing.
      You can of course raise a complaint about the other email accounts not working through the sky.com, customer support, contact us, Sky broadband enquiry form. Personally I would as those forms go direct to people that can look into issues and escalate them.

      NO it does not get that far. Stuck with password which Sky gave me.
      "Still I have 2 Sky Emails now so I cant Complain"
      It was hard enough to get 1 Now I am spoilt for choice "lol"
