Re: Sky emails
Thanks Paul. I did manage to add the second account online this morning. It's only OE on the PC at home I now need to configure to receive the emails.
I have also set up a Gmail account as a backup.Last edited by DH59; 23-11-07 at 03:47 PM.

Re: Sky emails
wise to set up a backup - wish more people would do this (not that they should but its just playing it safe)
EDIT: for reference, I can use Hotmail (a dot com addy mind) in Outlook 2007 and I've not paid for it...Last edited by IWasNotTheEnemy; 23-11-07 at 05:18 PM.

Re: Sky emails
Well, I've managed to set up a couple more additional users, and the emails are downloading to OE without any bother. I did set up one more user last night, as a 'joint email addy' for general stuff, and the emails would not download to OE, no matter what I tried, even deleting the account and setting it all up again from scratch. I then tried clearing out Temp Internet Files and History, and the emails then downloaded OK. Just thought I'd post this, in case anyone was having similar issues and wants to try this. Whether it was this, or just coincidence, I don't know.
I think I will be leaving my Hotmail account (also dot com) as it is, rather than downloading to my PC.
