Re Sky E Mail Changover i am able to recieve E Mails, but unable to send any E mails on Outlook Express meesage keeps appearing
*Host SMTP could not be found,verify you have entered ETC
*The host POP3 could not be found ETC
Would appreciate any help

Have you followed the documented instructions to change the servers to tools.sky.com and then turned on SSL encryption, anabled the correct port and also enabled POP via email and tools, settings?

What smtp server are you using as it sounds as though you are using the wrong one.

Since SKY E mail changeover i am able to recieve E mails on SKY and OUTLOOK but am unable to send,Ive contacted SKY via the Web and recieved acknowledgment,i'v rung their 0870 no twice (45mins and 16 mins with no joy) i get a message on OUTLOOK saying Host SMTP could not be found--------
HOST POP 3 could not be found-------
I'v reset the settings as per instructions numourous times with same result, can anyone help or is it a case of waiting for Sky.
