Enabling POP download - won't hold

      Hi
I have been able to send but not receive.
From Tools, Settings, I have selected the "POP forwarding from now on" and it doesn;t work.
If I select to download all it does that but then reverts to the correct time.. it is as thought it is not saving although it shows as changes confirmed when I do click save.
What am I doing wrong please
      Thanks
      Allison

Re: Enabling POP download - won't hold

      Mine is set at:

Forwarding - Disable forwarding (archive Google Mail's copy).
Pop Download - Enable POP for all mail (even mail that's already been downloaded)

      POP won't hold

      Hi
      Thanks for your reply.
In the settings after downloading all held, does it revert to 1) Status: POP is enabled for all mail that has arrived since... current time??

      This is what mine shows.
In Outlook Express it appears to be collecting mail... i.e. I get no error message, and it is definitely sending... but nothing is coming in. When I send emails to myself, they are showing as received in the Sky Webmail account.. but are not being transerred into the Outlook Express??
      Thanks for any suggestions.
      Allison

Yes that is what mine is set at. The current time bit is the time your last email arrived, for example I received a mail at 06.31 this morning so it says "all mail that has arrived since 06.31".

Have you set up Outlook Express correctly with the new server details, there is a sticky thread in this very forum with the information you might need.

Also in OE it appears to be checking.. i.e. I get no error messages?

      Many thanks for your help.
After re-reading the tutorials... I had not realised I couldn't test the POP by sending myself and email.
      It is definitely working.
      Thanks again.;
