      Personally i have had no issues with the changeover set outlook 2002 to the recomended settings and bingo worked first time But and there always is a But i am a new user with no other email adresses configured, as of yet as i am still waiting for my router to be delivered even though my line was active as of yesterday, luckily i have a business line with a company paid for broadband connection which is used purely to logon twice a week to get email( lucky me).

      again, that's the issue....i've had people with migrated accounts work fine so its user specific not network....IF people had patience then it wouldn't be a problem....

      e.g. you've used OE, so you'd have ur contacts in it. Use the portal and copy/paste recipients until resolved.

      i know it's shouldn't like that, and a lot of testing was undertaken before the migration - it would just seem that some accounts have become corrupt and are being fixed. Some people just put all their eggs in one basket and don't have back up accounts....

      ^ you on connect? if so, then you should have the router monday i reckon - i think its silly to send to out AFTER activation...
