I have had to block email messages form sky. Each time I sign on they are downloading every minute. It is driving me mad. I transfered onto Sky email. The problems I have getting logged on. It is so much slower than my Incredimail. I am not computor literate. So I would like to cancel the email programme and go back to using my old one. Please stop sending me email.

This is an unofficial forum to help sky users.
It sounds like you are getting the same message over and over again. Have you read it? it is all about some changes they have made to their email system. There is some instruction in that mail that you need to do to make your sky email work properly. Making those changes will also make that message stop being delivered.
