    Cant send from Outlook after being moved to Googlemail

      Cant send from Outlook after being moved to Googlemail

      Cant sent mail after being migrated on to new mail system

      Receives ok

      Gives error message please chesck your email address in account properties

      All set up ok with pop995 and smtp465 etc

      No help from customer support (shock)

      Heeeelp..........

      pop.tools.com sending and receiving reported error (0x8000CCC78) unable to send the message please verify the email address in your account properties POPManifest task: checking for messages to delete

      Have put that address in all my settings are correct as per the idiots guide I am completely at a loss...

      Please Please Please Can Anybody Help????

      Cant send mail after being migrated on to new mail system but Receives ok

      All set up ok with pop995 and smtp465 etc. etc.

      Gives error message as below:

      No help from customer support, (shock) they say server problem or need technical support to contact me

      Please can anyone help before I go nuts????

      well, tier 1 have the FULL access to how to set things up AND can now create tickets to go to the email team - they're still not public facing though afaik

      Is that error message cut and pasted from the screen - it appears to have some bits missing?

      Do you have "my server requires authentication" ticked for the outgoing server?
