      Hi,

      Have you tried all things mentioned on this site?

      1. The Account Unlock page - also known as Unlock Captcha
      2. Making sure your email client is up-to-date with latest service packs etc.
      3. trying the old SMTP server - smtp.sky.com on port 25 with SSL off.


      Also, I am dying to know what Sky sent you as possible fixes - would you care to post the text up here?!

      You'd think Sky would have the right instructions on the Help & Support section of their own site

      im not sure how much longer the old server are going to be active - so although they work today, don't expect them to work tomorrow....

      as for Sky not giving that information - it's because the servers aren't 'active' from Sky's end as all accounts should've been moved to the Skoogle system. Obvously they haven't all been updated yet but Sky will no longer offer support to those using the old settings...
