      Added additional user - going around in circles now!

      Ok, I thought all was going well - my existing email accounts have been moved across to the new google system and all are working as they should.

      So, on Saturday I added an additional user onto my account. The account works fine but the email situation is a nightmare.

      If I go onto skybroadband.com I get a message saying my email has been moved even before I get chance to login, so I go to sky.com and log into the new email system but it says that I'm too early and I should use the old method i.e. back to skybroadband!!

      Round and round in circles!

      Anyone got any suggestions?

      There are still issues on the system that were supposed to be rectified by today, obviously another target missed.

      Yep - no joy with that

      I wonder whether the additional user has just fallen down the cracks!

      Does this link get you anywhere?

      Just fill in the details and select "I'm Not An Administrator"

      It has worked for a couple of people with additional user access problems.

      I have got exactly the same problem with additional users - I was wondering if its worth talking to Tier 1 (perhaps they can issue tickets for this type of problem now) - it may of course just be a case of waiting.

      they can raise tickets to the email team now so might be worth while - just don't let them transfer you as its not a department you get passed too, they just raise the ticket and they'll get in touch with you (well, thats my understanding of it anyway)...

      Don't know whats happened but I tried this morning and it's finally working!
