      Cant get my oulook express to work

      Hi since Sky has changed my homepage i have not been able to set up oulook express i can get all my emails now through sky homepage but i cant send messages outlook express just keeps saying error i have changed all setting as instructed in an email they sent me but i cant send out only recieve them CAN ANYONE HELP I AM GOING NUTS i have gone over and over each step and still no good

      What error message is outlook express giving you?

      Double check your settings and that you made all the correct changes here

      Have you enabled POP in Mail Settings in your Sky inbox?

      Me too - feel I've checked and re-checked everything to no avail. OE just won't connect although I can view using IE. I've also tried setting Sky/Google email to forward everything to another address so I can forget Sky email and never need to go there again but that doesn't work either. I think the problem is with Sky/Google rather than me!

      Got it working now:

      Used https://www.google.com/a/sky.com/UnlockCaptcha

      as recommended on another thread.

      Interestingly I've found that accessing Sky email through OE requires a different password from when using IE. Just a chance guess but have checked both a couple of times and seems to be true.
