check that McAfee is not rejecting cookies:
To enable cookies in McAfee Internet Security.
* Right-click the McAfee icon by your system clock or open the application from the Start Menu.
* Click Privacy Service
* Click Manage Users
* The Privacy Service window appears. Click to highlight the name of the user whose setting you wish to change.
* Click Edit
* Click the Cookies tab
* Select the desired option, such as Prompt users to accept cookies or Accept all cookies.
* Click Apply
then try https://mail.tools.sky.com/

depends if its account specific or not....might be issue with the mailbox and might need rebuilding
tbh, the issues reported on here are the minority - its all gone pretty smoothly from our end (as in hardly any calls for it - and those that have called in were just changing settings from old to new, which is very straight forward)-------------------------------------------

Hi, Here is the answer to get your new sky email working with outlook expres.
1) follow the email instructions
2) logon to sky email & tools tab and login
3) click on the inbox link tab
3) click on the mail settings tab ( a yellow coloured form will appear. )
4) click on the forwarding and pop tab
5) make sure this box below is ticked and then click save...
Enable POP for all mail (even mail that's already been downloaded)
Check your outlook express email by clicking send/receive and it will be okay.
