Windows Live Mail Settings,Can now send email
Ok after a week messing about & reading posts,I've just had another look at my settings & found another tab i hadn't noticed before & i can now send email.sorry if this has been posted, but I've seen that many posts about email this week its sent me brain dead trying to sort it out.
1)tools,then accounts
2)highlight account,then properties,
3)go to servers tab & at bottom of that tab click "my server requires authentication"
4)click settings tab next to it,then tick "log in using" your account name put it in including @sky.com in the box & your password, tick remember password
5)ok,apply,ok,close
may work on outlook but not sure,
But can confirm I'm now getting mail & sending mail on win live mail as just tested it on my easy.com addy received it & got the reply back

its well documented on here that you have to have those settings, and Sky also say the same if you call and ask them...
