      Pop & Smtp - Password Rejection

      I'm on the new Google platform. I've already succesfully set up Outlook 2003 and have downloaded all my messages - It worked!

      Stupid me changed my password on My Sky. I have tested it on the portal and I can login to the portal - I know I have the correct password......

      I've changed the password in Outlook, but it won't authenticate.....I know it's the right password as it works on the portal and I'm pasting it in so I can't be using the wrong case etc!!!!!!!!!!!!

      What the f*** is going on!? I'm beginning to lose the will to email!

      try your old password in outlook. I have had the same. I can only log into sky portal with new password and outlook will only work with my old password.

      Me too! - bet this is causing problems for many users.
