Missing Email Accounts - Please Help
Hi,
I was changed over to the new email service on the 7th but I haven't got a clue how to access my email!
I can login ok and check usersname@sky.com but what about all the other email accounts I had previously with the old service?
I don't even use username@sky.com I use the email addresses I setup myself.
I just can't find out how to access them with the new service.
Am I being think? or did sky forget to move them?
I phoned tech support and they just say they are working on the problems.
I normally use pop3 but I would be happy to use webmail for now just so I can access my emails.
Please help. I'm need to read urgent emails over the last 2 days.

Have you tried going to sky.com, email and tools and then log into the account you are trying to access?
Once you log into one of your sub-accounts go through the steps to enable POP access and then adjust your POP software settings for the new POP and SMTP addresses that will be used.

Thanks for your help.
I was trying my email address instead of username.
I can worry about the pop3 later.
