      Additional email frustration!

      Can anyone offer advice/ solution on this email switch?

      I have gone through the instuctions provided but can't switch my additional email addresses. I can't even access them through the sky portal. I never have had to before anyway.
      When I set up these addresses would they have had passwords?
      I can only seem to access my new email with my original sky username, but I dont even use that as an email account even though it is set up as one.

      Do I need to access all additional accounts through sky and turn "pop" on or should it be done via the main account username?

      Another question - sometimes sky site directs me to "my sky" page surely only the main username can log on here?

      Sorry should have said first great site have used info several times now. This email "situation" prompted me to registering. Probably not the only one!!

      Hi, welcome.

      Yes you need to access them all individually through sky.com and activate POP in settings. And yes, you will have had to create passwords when you set them up originally.

      Once you've done that you will need to change the POP client details as per the instructions.
