I am one of the many who can only operate my email by using Outlook & Outlook Express.
I have never been able to login on the portal site despite many password resets. So I have learned to live with the way I can access my Email in this way for well over a year.
To my Horror I have now had an email from Sky saying that shortly they will be moving the email to the Google powered system. I have already tried both ways new and old and both still fail.
Does this mean that very shortly I will loose my email when they change?
I know I will have to make a few alterations to the POP & SMTP settings but will I loose everything altogether?
I have already emailed Sky of my worries on this issue, and informed them that if this cant be resolved I will use an alternative email for them to contact me as I did at the beginning.
