Additional email problem
I set up my own email address with Sky the other day and linked it to Outlook Express with no porblem at all. I then set up an additional account for my partner and linked it to Outlook express in the same way as I did mine. They are able to send emails, but are not receiveing any back. I received an email from them and hit reply, but it was sent back to me saying 'no such user'.
can anyone help please.

are you on the new email system? if so, have you enabled pop on each additional account?
