Additional User mail not delivered
I have set up an additional user for a friend. I can view messages received to this address on the server, but they are not delivered to Outlook Express. The Helpdesk advised changing the incoming mail server to 'pop.tools.sky.com' and the outgoing to '995security'. This didn't solve the problem.
I have set up additional users for myself, and they work fine. Any ideas, please?Last edited by grahamdeepwell; 27-10-07 at 04:13 PM.

I have never heard off 995security, have you tried the settings in this thread:

Re: Additional User mail not delivered
Thanks, I found that after posting. How do I do Number 1 (if you'll pardon the expression) 'Enable POP in your Sky Email account'?

Re: Additional User mail not delivered
I don't have Acrobat Reader at the moment - it was giving me grief.
I don't think the new Email system is the problem. Another additional user I set up is working fine.

Re: Additional User mail not delivered
It was the New Email platform causing the problem. Enabling POP and changing Outlook Express settings for that address got it working again.
Sky would appear to be 'Upgrading' on an address basis, rather than all those on one account together.
What a palavar.
