      Failed to Save User Profile

      Please can anyone help! I can't log into skybroadband webmail. My profile is incomplete. When i update myprofile in sky.com i get the message"An unexpected error has occurred. Please try again.
      If this problem persists, please email our Customer Services team. " (the e-mail link feedback@bskyb.com doesn't work either.
      I have tried contacting sky tech support but keep getting fobbed off. i have problems with my profile the last year, all i get is they are going escalate the problem then i don't get any response. Is there anyone out there that can help?

      Merged both threads and move to email and portal login
