Can't login to Sky portal!

I've been on Sky BB for about a week. Tried a few times to login to the portal but had no success!

I think the main problem is that its not recognising my username. I'm using what I've been sent from Sky but it always says "invalid/unknown username" when I try to login.

Any ideas?

Make sure you are not putting in the @sky.com part of it

Also check that o is not 0 and 1 is not i I etc

Also did you ever set up a username on Sky.com before you joined Sky for your broadband, if you did try that username and password.

I have been on Sky for sometime, and since the 15th I cannot log into any part of Sky, be it the portal or broadband home page.

Strange thing is, I though I had forgot my password, so I went through the change password routine, the first time it said I had already used the password, the second time it stated that the password had been successfully changed, but I still cannot log in with the new password.
