      Sky replied to me in a similar way and are simply not getting the message. I did not mention SPAM in my complaint to them, but they insist on asking about it. I note too that they are speaking about SPAM in your reply and not legitimate mail sent to JUNK.

      I have had no SPAM since joining Sky in January 2007, and until 4 weeks ago my legitimate mail was always forwarded to Outlook Express. So something has changed and I cannot believe the problem is the Spam filters as Sky suggest - they say they have relaxed them!

      Thank you for contacting Sky Broadband Technical Support.
      I can see from your account that you called in to our Technical support line after you sent this email but I have enclosed the following information for you .We are currently experiencing technical difficulties with legitimate emails being filt ered into the Junk mail folder our engineers are working to rectify t his problem.There is no way at the moment to switch off the spam filt er . We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and we have no resoloution as yet.

      If you need further help or information, please reply to this email or contact us on 08705 515 515.

      It is difficult to see how the so called spam filter cannot just be disabled. I will reply now asking if there is any progress. I feel sorry for the Hundreds of thousands who do not frequent the forum, who could be loosing important mail.
