    Deleting Additional Users

    This is a discussion on Deleting Additional Users within the Sky Email and Portal Log-in forums, part of the Sky Broadband help and support category; If I delete Additional User/s in my sky should that delete the e mail account associated with it?...

      Deleting Additional Users

      If I delete Additional User/s in my sky should that delete the e mail account associated with it?

      NO It did not, LOL this is a pain as I assume they still count towards my 10 addresses I am allowed?

      Well I have deleted an account and I pressumed the email address went as well. Perhaps somebody else will know why the email address is still active for you.

      Mine are all still working this morning? , so is the smtp server
