      second email user no email address

      Having problem when add second user. Set up my wife with seperate email address in my profile. If then log in as her in Sky portal it registers the existence of her user name etc but same message... do not appear to have an email address...You do not appear to have an email address that comes with Sky Broadband.This is the 4th time I have re-set and am running out of user names as seems as per other thread that Sky do not remove fully the account when additional user is removed. Any clues?

      hi .....i have been having the same problem ....
      which i have now resolved ,instead of removing the one that has no email i added a new one and it worked...... instantly got a welcome email in outlook express.
      might be worth a try .....Dave

      Thnks Dave. I have now exhausted all the email addresses that mrs t likes but to no avail... same answer each time. The address exists .O
      n the portal logon in that we can log on but no email and msgs sent from elswehere are obviously bonced back. Also if we can ever get it sorted out, the choice email addresses have already been taken by guess who? us!

      I read in another thread somewhere that them used email/usernames will become available again in about 30 days - Can anyone confirm this ?
