    Problem with SMTP at the moment?

      Problem with SMTP at the moment?

      Anyone else encountering this? Currently unable to send emails ... but incoming emails still OK.

      Am I alone in this experience?

      Nope, you are not alone. I've just tried to send an email, but I'm getting an error.

      Same here - can receive mail but not send mail. Does anybody know if Sky have a web page with the current status of their systems?

      had the same problem. but unfortunately at the time i was messing with my settings and thought i'd broken it! so reboot,reset settings,reboot,kick pc,bang head...just about to system restore when hey presto it started working again.

      No problems here.. access ok both online and from outlook (I use the mail.sky.com - rather than smtp.sky.com..)

      I started having problems with it last night and it is still refusing connections today.

      Have not been able to send email all day. Problem with SMTP. Outlook (2007) returns the error 0x80042109. Incoming Pop3 mail is fine.
