Hi, I was having the same problem. But I've fixed it!! Go to your "Tools" tab in Outlook. Then "Accounts" Open the properties on your email account. Don't change the "Incoming mail" server name from 127.0.0.1 Or the port number for "Incoming mail" in the "Advanced" tab. But do un tick the check box for "This server requires a secure connection (SSL)" for Incoming mail directly below the "110" port number box.
That should do the trick, provided you have followed the other step by step instruction from SKY, McAfee etc.
