As Paul said, try the short grey dsl cable Sky provided and also ensure you have a filter connected into the telephone socket where the Sky tv is plugged into. Once you've done that, re-post the stats and we'll see if there has been any improvement.

Wow, I thought my internet was bad, you've got a long line, but then again, so have i, sky told me im 4km from exchange, 6km in line length! so I would be expecting you to have at least 1.5meg, if your on LLU exchange.

You should unplug everything, plugging just the router into the test socket with filter on, then your get best speed.

If you read the thread you will see he does not have a Test socket,

I maybe being restricted because of my prenowned use but from the original 7mb to 0.19mb is admirably unfair.

If you once got 7 Mb on your line this would require an attenuation in the low 40s. As you present attenuation is 69.5dbs, this suggests you have a fault on your line. The fault could be internal or external, the only way to discover which, is to disconnect your extension wiring from the Master socket and take your stats from the incoming wires only. If you want to try this make a note of which coloured wires are connected to which terminal. You can remove the wires from the number 3 terminal permanently as they are not required and can cause interference,
