On demand issue - stays at 1%
Hi,
I've a recent issue where I am downloading a programme (28 mins and 1GB in size) whereby it stays on 1% for a while.
If I go to planner, then download and select "pause all" then resume it then becomes available.
Also, while I'm viewing the programme while it's downloading a message pops up and says your programme is downloading press select to view or back up to cancel.
Is is this happening to anyone else?

Yeah, tried that and don't have any programmes in the deleted tab as I clear it out regularly. It seems to be fixed now for the time being. But strange why pausing the download and then restarting it resolved it for that particular download.

Do you know what type of STB you have and the software it is running?

It's a DRX 895 on the latest software/firmware. Seems ok now, but wasn't before.
