      Separate query: I seem to be okay with channels like BBC I Player, 4oD, etc... But can't seem to download 'ANY' movie and have trouble with random box sets. Why is that? it's not consistent with the hd fault, right?

      Surely there's a logical reasoning. Do I need to re-pairing card/re-activate channels? But I have no problem viewing any channel, though.

      Hope that makes sense.

      Yeah. Have always had every package bar the ones like BT Sport, etc. So just because you have sky (meaning just one package that only covers one designated area), it doesn't mean you get 'FULL' access to sky active, right?
      But what about the box sets? Will double-check later if the movies/box sets works.

      What do you think?

      You should be able to access the content in the OD and CUTV area.

      You need what was known as EE+ to access the Box sets. This includes the documentary channels and the HD pack. For the Movie section you need the Movies pack.

      I am thinking that perhaps you should give Sky a friendly call and ask them to re-pair your viewing card. Something may have gone wrong or not completed fully.

      Checked my subscription and we literally have 'EVERYTHING' enabled, so hopefully that is the problem. Do they do this remotely? Is it just what I had to do myself online when I activated my channels? Still strange about the sporadic error 10's.

      Will post after the telephone call.

      Yes you can pair your viewing cards over the Internet. You can also use the feature on the SkyHD and Sky+ HD STBs in the Interactive section.

      I am suspecting that there may be something that hasn't taken correctly so this may need to be resolved over the phone or someone will have to replace your STB.

      I can't use the interactive section as my stb is not connected to a phone line; only the sky fibre is connected to the master socket next door, but won't allow me to use this interactive service. Do I just use the 'activate my channels' feature that I used on Sky's website? Shall take the card out of the box and place it inside again?
