    Unable to get On-demand since the last Sky update (to 101)

      Unable to get On-demand since the last Sky update (to 101)

      Sky update my box the other day to version (101), and since then On Demand has not worked:



      Initially I only got Showcase (no Catch-up/boxed sets etc). I fixed this by disconnecting/re-connecting the Internet cable and Catch-up etc re-appeared.



      When I go into Catch-up it only displays iPlayer/ITV/4OD, no Sky or other catch up services (the boxes are there but empty). When I select iPlayer, the sky box just sits ther with a message something like. 'Downloading listings, please wait'.

      I have left it in this state for 30 mins or more, but it never recovers. I have tried this over a few days but to no avail.



      After reading the forum I decided to rebuild the Planner. I went to Services, scrolled to Settings and then pressed select and got Picture highlighted, then pressed 0 then 1 but nothing happened. I have tried pressing them in sequence and together but nothing.



      Have Sky altered the code at this latest release to get into the Installer Set-up menu?



      Any other suggestions would be helpful so I can get back the catch up services!

      Services zero zero one select will get you to the installer menu.

      Could I also suggest that you check the Ethernet cable? If you have a known working Ethernet cable, give that a try instead.

      Thanks for the info. I have fixed the problem by doing the Planner re-build, so all working again now

      Just noticed the same problem , will following the advice here & see what happens & will report back.

      Edit: Just done a planner rebuild and now it's all working OK.
