downloaded movie today 18th, info says 15th

my daughter downloaded a movie today and because info says it was downloaded on Saturday it will be deleted tomorrow. So now if I want to watch it I have to watch it now.
Tried to phone Sky to complain and get it changed maybe and my god the phone system is unbelievable, didn't have the option I wanted so ended up in the wrong department who decide to cut me off.
Any idea which phone number I should ring?

Which movie was it? Perhaps someone can take a look? It will help to know which section it was downloaded from too.

If it was a PPV Movie you will NOT be charged if you do not view it.

Also could you let us know which STB you have and what firmware version is installed. If you are unsure how to get this information, please take a look the first post in the thread linked below:

thanks for the reply, only just seen it.

Ended up managing to watch the movie, and enjoyed it, "Warm Bodies" Zombie film.

The thing that bugged me was when I rang up the computer voice phone system is pathetic so to get to speak to someone I was force to choose an option that wasnt suitable so when I got through to a person and explained my problem i get "Sorry your through to the wrong department I will put you through" and then get cut off after waiting 15 minutes.

Have watched plenty of PPV and never had 1 day to watch them in, always get 3 days.

Box is Amstrad DXR890, not sure about firmware without checking and the wife is watching tv so dont want to risk it atm.

Could I suggest that you look at connecting your STB to the telephone line? It will save you a 1 for each PPV item that you want to watch.

Are you sure you didn't start to watch it? Even a few seconds would start the count down to deletion....or am I misunderstanding what happened?

Warm Bodies will be from Sky Store, Scubbie, it's just out on DVD.
