Disappearing downloads
Is it normal for downloaded programs to be deleted after a set time period? I know they have not been deleted accidentaly as they do not appear in the undelete section.

Re: Disappearing downloads
Some of the On Demand content does indeed have a shelf life.
If you press the 'i' button, you should get some indication for those which are affected by this.

Re: Disappearing downloads
If you have the new EPG, go to your Planner and on 'All' press the left arrow button. It resides just to the left of All. You can of course press the right arrow about 14 times to get there if you wish.

Re: Disappearing downloads
Isitme,
Thanks you are right, but do you know how to Permanent Delete ALL deletions in one go. I can only Delete permanently One at a Time.

Re: Disappearing downloads
According to Sky you don't need to delete them as they will delete automatically when the space is required. I prefer to clean them out myself. You can't delete more than one at a time, but if you press the yellow button multiple times say 10 in a row, it will carry out the delete up to the number of presses. In other words, you don't have to press yellow and wait till it deletes before you can press it again.
