      Help

I downloaded 3 series of Cold Feet box set intending to download the last three series when I'd watched them. Now the box set has dissappeared from the menu. Does that mean I can never acess it now

      Re: Help

This should now be in your Planner. Take a look there.

If it is no longer available, it is still possible to download all the episodes from Series 1 to 5.

      Re: Help

Thanks, but I meant I only downloaded series 1-3. I intended to download 4-5 after I'd watched 1-3 , but as I said, the whole box set is no longer in On demand. How is it possible to still download it?

      Re: Help

If you search 'cold feet' and look under the 'On Demand' tab, all 5 series are still there. I have just looked again on mine.

I also found "Cold Fee: The final Call"

I notice that some of it may contain adult material. Could I ask you to check your 'parental' settings as well if you still can't find it?

      Re: Help

Thanks for reply. I've done the search but it just says 'no programmes match your search'. I have a wireless On demand connection, dont know if thats significant. Oh well, not to worry.

      Re: Help

Series 1 - 5 is on there + a documentary called 'cold feet: the final call'.

Press guide, blue & type 'cold f'.
Press select, then right to highlight on demand & they should be there.

      Re: Help

It will not matter whether your connection is via an Ethernet cable or wireless. You should be able to access the same contents.

I have just repeated the search and took these pictures for you:

      Help-cold-feet-pt1.jpg
For this first picture, after the search I selected the 'On Demand' tab and pressed <backup> so that you could see the search words.

      Help-cold-feet-pt2.jpg
For this second picture I selected 'Cold Feet' from the list and pressed 'Channel Down' a few times to show the 4th series.
