Well they went out to the exchange to check the connections there and it seems the repairs they have done there have cured it at the moment just monitoring it till tomorrow then they'll be giving me another call back

Haha the problems back again now, everytime i resync the line with the exchange an the internet hasn't been used its no problem. but once the internet has been used the problem arises again the stats are a mess at the moment bud. 3072kbps down an 412kbps up it should be over triple that i guess am not to bothered anymore. fed up with skys usless excuses
thinking about switching to cable provider cheaper and probably more reliable than sky will ever be lol thanks for the help mate
