We are aware that some customers in the Blackpool, Layton and Lancashire areas are experiencingabnormal ping times and speed issues. We have the right engineers working on resolving these issuesand hope to have normal service restored soon.

Essential maintenance work was carried to try and resolve the issue, however we acknowledge thata number of customers are still being affected. We will continue to monitor the service in theseareas closely until full service is restored.
