Hi, I've just been into our account to find that Sky stopped testing on the 27th, that means they only tested it for 4 days. Is that correct, I thought it was meant to take 10 days...

It can take anything from 3 to 10 days, depending on how stable your line is.

Your figures indicate that DLM may not have started.
Check the WAN up time (same section as where you got the stats). If your router was reset last night, then give Sky a call on 08442 414141.
It has been reported on here that recently several new connections have not automatically started the DLM process.
In the mean time, take a look around this forum and ensure that you are making the most from your connection. Some simple tips include:
- Using the master socket
- Checking that any internal wiring isn't causing problems
- Ensure that each telephone socket has a Micro-Filter first (especially before the Sky STB telephone connection)

connected Sagemcom F@ST2304 as soon as i got home and was connected straight away.
Just checked services to see if testing had began and says Line testing is not currently in progress.
These stats seem ok? thanx for help

The web page is not always up to date and the fact you are on ADSL2+ suggests training is underway. Check your stats in the morning, if your WAN uptime shows that you resync between 2 and3 am, DLM has started. You look good for about 13-14Mb.

DLM can take up to 3 or 4 days to initiate. If after that it still hasn't started, call Sky as at the beginning of this month there were some issues with DLM not starting.
This should have been fixed by now.
