I've been connected to Sky Unlimited now for 12 days. In that time there has been no evidence from Sky that any DLM has been going on - on My Sky, it said "Line testing is not currently in progress" the whole time. I'm not complaining, as I won't be able to get a better speed than I do now (in fact, I'm guessing my line would be capped at a lower speed), but I'm still interested to know whether Sky will attempt DLM sometime in the future. I assume I'm on G.DMT at the moment, although I don't know for sure. Is there any way to persuade the Sky Router to tell me which flavour of ADSL it's using?.

Just moved into a new flat and BB has now finally been activated after nearly 4 weeks.

my old place had sky unlimited and I rarely got 8mg so am pleasantly surprised but im sure it will fluctuate in the next 10 days

Go Live Due Date: Oct 22nd

Worth me connecting it all up to see if it's early or does that never happen?

It is sometimes connected before the due date. If you don't have a broadband connection at the moment, just plug it in and wait for the ADSL light to go green. If you have a broadband connection, wait till it drops, then plug it in.

Sky Broadband Unlimited ordered on the 8th November, delivered on the 12th November and went live on the 23rd November.
Sagem router.
Stats from day 1 are as follows:

Sky reckon I can get around 4.0meg so that looks to be where we currently are with testing.
Any thoughts from anyone on what I might get in the end?
Router is plugged into nearest socket to the master socket as I cannot put it there yet, will do so after the testing - hopefully.
