have just been on the phone with a t3 for 45 mins getting it to work
download speeds using btconnect's download were c 150-180 kb/s (units?)
the t3 said 220 is equivalent to 2mb, as I'm on the connect package I should be getting 2mbs, so currently I'm some way off that, I'll give it a few days to see what gives and then decide whether to keep it or stay with my cable modem connection
