In addition to the username and password you will also need the following details.-
Encapsulation: PPPoA
VPI/VCI: 0/38
Multiplexing: VC
MTU 1500
As for what router you should get, it depends on your budget. Any ADSL router will connect. I have a preference for TP-Link routers such as this- https://www.amazon.co.uk/TP-LINK-Arc...=adsl++routers
